I have seen countless clients over the years and some stand out more than others. One in particular comes to mind and I’ll refer to her as G and she has met with me a number of times over the past year. I learn alot from my clients and would like to share something that I feel will benefit the readers.
There was a lot of confusion and emotion going on with G at the time(not at all unusual) and she said she got some good advice from a friend of hers and I have to completely agree. When we are in troubled times with our finances, health, relationships and so forth, simply be in a state of stillness. Allow stillness to speak to you and what is meant to happen will and what is not meant will fall away from you. Does it get any simpler than this? This does not mean that we lay down in defeat, no, you must remain proactive in your life. But it does mean to erase the clutter inside our heads( fear) when we are faced with something bigger than ourselves. There is a great book out called, “Stillness Speaks” by Tolle and talks about remaining in peace even though we have chaos and noise around us. It does take some practice but by allowing yourself to be completely still inside your head and heart(faith), you will see a marked difference in how you handle day to day activities.
And remember, what is meant to happen will and what is not meant will fall away. May this give you peace and contentment next time a storm hits.
Blessings,
Suzanne
